Nenu Meeku Telusa? – the movie starring Manchu Manoj, in the direction of Ajay Sastry on Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures banner is under brisk progress. The film unit today met the press at Prasad Labs to brief the progress of the shoot. Hero Manoj, heroines Sneha Ullal, Riya Sen, producer Lakshmi Manchu, director Ajay Sastry and music director Aachhu took part in the event

Manoj said: “I am happy that the theatre trailer which we released recently got immense response from the audiences. The film is made with a good idea. I am doing this with some of my best friends. I hope that the film would get positive results.”

Director Ajay Sastry said: “I narrated the story to Manoj. Immediately he showed interest to do a film. I didn’t take it seriously. One day, Manoj called me to say that I would be meeting Dr. Mohan Babu. When I met him, he asked me only two questions – What is your name? And what did you study? He said I was doing a film for SLPP banner. On hearing this happy news, I was in raptures. Next, we sat on giving final touches to the script. Manoj got very slim for this film. The film is about the story of a person who suffers from memory loss.”

Lakshmi Manchu said: “The shoot started on February 15th. A set was erected at Madhapur for the film. Almost all the cast and crew of the film are youngsters and are in the same age group. Aachhu is providing the music, which we expect to become a major highlight.” The two heroines expressed thanks to the producer and director for giving them an opportunity to work for a big banner like SLPP.
